1. Service Description

BacklinkIndexer is a backlink indexing service that submits your links to search engines for indexing consideration. Our platform uses a credit-based system where you purchase credits and use them to submit links for indexing.

2. Accounts

To use BacklinkIndexer, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.

3. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and are non-expiring.
• Credits are deducted at the time of link submission.
• Standard indexing costs 1 credit per link. Instant indexing costs 10 credits per link.
• All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Razorpay, and our crypto payment processor.
• Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BacklinkIndexer to:

• Submit links containing malware, phishing, or harmful content.
• Submit links that you do not own or have authorization to index.
• Submit links that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Abuse the platform through automated scraping, bots, or excessive API usage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Submit spam, doorway pages, or content that violates search engine guidelines.
• Create multiple accounts — using different email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or any other identifiers — to circumvent rate limits or to distribute work for the same business, brand, agency, client, or domain across separate accounts. Each individual person and each business is entitled to one BacklinkIndexer account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice, and to consolidate or close duplicate accounts that we identify as belonging to the same person or business.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on BacklinkIndexer are the property of BacklinkIndexer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the links and content you submit through our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

BacklinkIndexer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BacklinkIndexer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, traffic, or search engine rankings.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to BacklinkIndexer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
